For decades, Baby Boomers benefited from an America that worked: affordable housing, cheap college, union jobs, and a government that invested in its people. They climbed the ladder of success, then pulled it up behind them.
Now, Millennials and Gen Z face impossible housing costs, crushing student debt, stagnant wages, and a rigged economy designed to extract wealth from the young and working class. Meanwhile, Boomers hold over half the nation’s wealth while lecturing us about “hard work” and “bootstraps.”
This isn’t about generational warfare—it’s about accountability. Boomers didn’t just benefit from a better America; they actively dismantled it through their votes, policies, and greed. They opened American markets to foreign interests and corruption, selling out American workers for cheap goods and corporate profits. They turned the American Dream into a scam.
Boomers Broke America is dedicated to documenting how we got here, holding power accountable, and fighting for an America that works for everyone—not just those who already got theirs.
